"Dad, Please Fail."
(아빠, 제발 망하세요.)
"Dad, please go bankrupt."
It wasn't a curse, but a plea from my son. Perhaps he pitied his father working endless hours behind a counter, or maybe he simply missed having me around to play.
To answer his wish, I decided to 'fail' at my old life and succeed in a new one. I am closing the chapter of labor-intensive work and opening a new one driven by capital and creativity.
This blog, [Dad, Please Fail], is a record of that transition.

그것은 저주가 아니라 아들의 호소였습니다. 편의점 카운터 뒤에서 끝없이 일하는 아빠가 안쓰러웠거나, 그저 함께 놀아주지 못하는 아빠가 그리웠던 모양입니다.
아들의 소원을 들어주기 위해, 저는 낡은 삶에서는 기꺼이 '망하기'로, 새로운 삶에서는 성공하기로 결심했습니다. 노동으로 시간을 태우는 삶을 닫고, 자본과 창의성으로 시간을 운용하는 새로운 챕터를 엽니다.
